These terms cover the Sweeplens app and this website, offered by Bansi Vavadia. Buying or using Sweeplens means you agree to them.
The trial
Every copy works in full for 14 days from its first launch, free and without a card. After that, analysing and simulating keep working, and cleaning, uninstalling and repairs need a license.
Your license
A license is a one-time purchase for one person. It lets you install and use Sweeplens on every Mac you own or control for your own use, and it includes all updates to the app. You may not share, resell or publish your key, or use it to run Sweeplens for other people as a service. A business that wants to use Sweeplens on staff Macs needs one license per user.
Refunds
If Sweeplens is not for you, write to support@sweeplens.com within 14 days of purchase and you receive a full refund. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record.
What you are responsible for
Sweeplens removes files and changes settings that you select and confirm. It shows what it is about to do, keeps your own files recoverable in the Trash, and writes a log of every run, but the decision to tick an item is yours. Please read the list before you click Clean, keep a backup of your Mac as everyone should, and use Simulate if you are unsure.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We work hard to make Sweeplens accurate and safe, and we fix reported problems quickly. Still, software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Updates and the future
Updates are delivered inside the app and are included in your license. We may retire features that macOS no longer supports, and we will say so in the release notes. If Sweeplens is ever discontinued, licensed copies keep working.
